Hi peeps, heres my roughs for project 2!

Project Summary
-The website is a sale point for my made-up brand, IOU Cider.
-The site's main purpose is to sell the different flavors of cider.
-The other purpose is to tell people about the brand, its sources, and its history.
Audience Profile
-The target audience is anyone who drinks alcoholic beverages, specifically those who enjoy hard seltzers and hard ciders. Age range 21-38, low to mid-income individuals, tech savvy.
-Users will mostly use the website to order the product.
-Fun, floral, organic and inviting.
Communication Strategy
-Informative and persuasive.
-Through the aesthetic appeal of the website, I hope the audience will be intrigued by the style of the cans and logo, and then through the content, I hope they will connect with the company's history and its products.
-Fun and inviting. A homey feel. It should look very down to earth.
-If people want the cider, then I will consider the website successful.
Competitive Positioning
-Other hard seltzer and hard cider brands.
-My website is not trying to be hip or edgy, it is going down to the roots of the south in its style.
-A variety of flavors, pictures of the flavors and descriptions of people enjoying the drinks.
Targeted Message
-Mississippi Personified.

Hi Mars,

I like the color palette you are working with. I think the Illustrative elements are working very well with your design, they are very pretty! I also like the typeface you are using for you navigation links. I think one thing I would try to change is maybe finding a higher resolution photo in your "about" page.

Hi Mars,
I like the product you came up with!! and the fonts you choose really matches what you are going for. I think I am leaning more towards the first one, I really like the white on pink. but I do like the about of illustration in the back of the second. it create a good texture that goes down the page. one think that you might add is more variation in weight for the header an subhead to have clearer hierarchy. I am excited to see the rest of your website for the final!!

Hi Mars,
I really like the detail of the apple blossom, and I like your color choices. I can't wait to see how to develop the product line!

Hi Mars. I really like this concept for a company. The logo really matches the "home brew/IPA" type brands you see. Personally I like the second design better. The of greens and pinks in the second design add to your wanting of an organic natural vibes your after. Plus I think it's more "comfy"/inviting then the pink on pink with dark elements that have white text, can be a little straining for the eye. I think you hit the nail on the head with the first design. Great job!

Hello Mars,
I really like the color scheme on the second design, I would maybe extend the flower background to cover the whole light green section in stead of having it cut off.
Great work!

Hi Mars!
I love the color scheme along with the IOU Cider pitch. The tagline "for the times you owe someone a drink" is clever and fits the fun and inviting message you wanted to convey. I think a small detail that would just go with your color scheme would be changing the color of the state to green instead of red. Love the idea and excited to see it live.

Hi Mars, I really like your designs. The logo and background pattern are really cool. I like the second design a little more. I think green is related to nature, organic, fresh, which is suitable with your brand. I also like your font style. Only small suggestion on text rectangular box, you might want to have the same size on corner radius to make them all consistency. Can't wait to see your final.

Hi Mars!
First off, I love the overall vibe and energy of your websites! The color choices work so well throughout the design and complement the aesthetics of the typefaces you chose. I think I favor the pink with green accents, it really highlights your moth logo and lets the dark textboxes pop with the complimentary contrast. I'm excited to see the final!
