Jessica Peffer was born February 9th, 1983 in Cleveland, Ohio. She was a 2005 graduate of Columbus College of Art and Design with a major in illustration. Jessica often goes by "Neondragon" when it comes to her official artworks. She has published several books on how to draw dragons under the moniker of J. Neondragon Peffer.
