Re: Kami Lyon's Project 3 Roughs
I like the color scheme and the simplicity of the design. I think you nailed it when it comes to finding a balance of color for an artist! The soft hues are calming and also intriguing. The textured back ground gives it personality. I don't know if there is a way to continue those bubbles seamlessly...

Re: Project 3- Roughs -Elizabeth Mejia
I like your roughs i had a hard time choosing between them. I think I like the 4th layout best. I like the watery colors in the back ground. The color works with her art and the layout compliments the art but I think it is missing something solid to separate the art from the back ground but i'm not ...

Re: project three roughs
As far as those roughs go i think they are both really great. The first laoyut has a gallery feel to it being simple, clean and effective. I like the font choice you made as well. The second roughs however with the colors are very appropriate for your artist! I think they compliment very well and al...

Re: lingling's Project #3_Roughs
Those are very good roughs. I like how you integrated the cover art in the second layout but my eye wants to see all of it. So I think the first roughs work better it gives it breathing room because I am sure that as an illustrator he has many different designs and images that need space for the eye...

Re: Sir Jony Ive, P3 - JJ
I think i like rough # 2 the best. It has an organic feel to it but also it compliments the gallery of the technology he has engineered. It is up-to-date with using the "Yosemite" back ground. The first rough I like but it looks like the cover to a movie or documentary. The black and white...

Re: Project3 rough
Nice job! I have heard of him before but I have never been a fan of his work because I don't completely understand it. It came off as angry to me but art is in the eye of the beholder. I like the modern take you took with the work and left the design simple and clean so that the art work is what sta...

Re: Project #3_Roughs
I like the first concept the second layout is too matchy, matchy there isn't enough contrast. It is beautiful but nothing stands out. I think the first design works better but the organization for the second page needs work, maybe drop an image in the back ground and drop the opacity or layer it in ...

I think I like the last design Rayce Bird. I think it is easily navigable and the details are softer so the design doesn't look cluttered. The only thing that is hanging up the design is the type face, type writer font looks like it doesn't belong try a sans serif font to compliment the logo. I thin...

I love how you created the "CAW CAW", "TWEET" and "CHIRPCHIRP" lines! I like the top design better. Is it going to function like a rollover button where the pricing and information come up when you mouse over, then link it to another page where the product is featured? ...

Re: project two
Oh man the more I look at these the more possibilities I see. I was just on a used clothing store website the other day and it had categories of Men, Women, Jeans, Skirts, Shoes...etc, etc. It go on forever. I was wondering what the "Request" button was all about? Also the blank boxes unde...
