I think your first set of roughs is coming along better than the second. I like the sesame street background with the cookie monster in the foreground. I think you should probably include a navigation bar of some sort though? Nice Work!

Okay I really like both of these. I think you can go either way, however when I think Aron Draplin I think outdoorsy, woodsy, lumberjack type of person. Therefor I feel the first rough's color scheme works better for the artist. But it's up to you! Great work!

I like the first set of roughs. I think you did an excellent job of capturing her design work in a fun and bright way. I especially like the mobile page! You might experiment with drop shadows as this may pop the images of the background a bit. Nice work!

I agree with Chalyn. I find the first set of roughs to be more eye catching with the black background. The layout is simplistic and let's the pictures do all the talking, which works well here. I think on your homepage, I would move the sub heading over until it lines up the the top and bottom image...

I really like your second roughs. The first roughs seem a little hard to follow, with all the geometric symbols and images. However your second rough looks clean and well organized which I'm very fond of. Great work!

I feel like your first layout is more eye catching the the second. The white text looks nice against the dark background and I also love the pop of color on your inner pages. I don't think I have any critique for you great work!
