Scroll theme 100% it works way better, and cleaning it up is something I agree with.

I like your company name. The layout, color and font in your first rough is the one that catches my attention the most. The images suit the site and are well placed. Your navigation is easy to see. Rough 2 looks good but the purple is harder to see on the scroll background. I like the use of the scroll on this design.
