Hi Kirsten!

I like your concepts for Dr.Suess; they are interesting and creative! I really like what you did with the Dr.Suess art for the home page, but some of your pages feel a little empty. I think adding some site navigation points could make the design of your site more interesting and compelling. I am very excited to see what else you can add!

I like the colors and fonts you used for the layouts! They are fun and are a good start to showing the exciting world of Dr. Seuss.

These are a good start, but I hope you take advantage of how wacky Dr. Seuess' world is. I'd love to see lots more colors, shapes, and use of his illustrations in your layouts.

However, I think it would be nice to to add a little more pictures to your gallery. And I am sorry to you. I don't know this secret seuss very well. Dr.Seuss is a great pick, and I'm leaning towards the second option which has his pieces up front. I'd love to see his characters pop up in random areas, like in the dropdown menu
or their head icons pop up when you hover. I'm digging the blue, and I hope to see you build up on this since you have such fun design options for him. Great work!

Hi Kristen,

I really like both your layouts but I feel like I'm leaning more towards the second one because of the use of the illustrations. I think it would be fun to use more of the illustrations across more of the pages and try to incorporate them into part of the page. I also think it might be nice to have a bar across the top for navigation. looks great!
