Project One Final

Post by ngrunwald »

Hello,
Here is my final for project one. I struggled a lot trying to make my website responsive, and its still not, so I have to figure that out still. It shouldn't have any problems at normal web size but not sure about others. I still feel pretty good about my overall layout though. I also didn't submit any of my prelims so I am attaching them on this post.

Hi,

Making the website responsive is hard its something I struggled with too. I like the colors you went for in your design. The red really pops out against the white and black especially because its a strong color! I think one thing I would change is making the rectangles around your navigation links a bit bigger since it looks the the type in there is cramped.

Noah, I like the bold look.
Missing: responsive, alt tags, keywords.
The street art draws me in.

Hi! Making websites responsive is tough but I can definitely see your concept coming through. I like the banner images throughout that sit underneath your navigational bar. It's visually more interesting. The way you've broken up your gallery pages is a good idea as well. Overall I see where you were going and I really enjoy this direction. I like how big everything is, really reminiscent of Keith Haring's style.

I love how we can hover over the text and it'll change color, it's a nice detail you added. On one of the pages, an image is covering up the text but everything else is great

Hi,

Your work is cool, and I like that artist as well. Some of your images aren't scaled or located properly, but other than that, I really like your design and concept. The nav bar is really neat! Ill probably be stealing the idea for my next website.

Hi,

I like the vibe you were going for. The wild colors and background fits the artist very well. There was some coding problems. I know it's hard!

Hi,
I also had a difficult time with responsiveness on my website. Even without it though your website looks great. There are a few elements that could be aligned a bit better or not overlap, but it could be because I'm viewing it on a laptop. The colors and imagery included are perfect for Harring and the overall vibe is consistent. Good work!
