Hi Everyone,

The event I decided to go with is the cherry blossom festival In japan specifically in the Kyoto region. With the first set of designs I really wanted to focus on the pink color palette and combing white with it while the other designs have pink and blue. Please let me know your thoughts!

Your use of shapes and colors never ceases to amaze me! I personally like the pink one the most, but can easily see you making the blue one look great.

Melissa, the diagonal section should not be as pleasing to me as it is-but it truly makes me take a breath (of fresh air) .
The cherry branch going in from the right bothers me-too alien like. I like the design with blue and pink, you really pulled that combination off well!

Wow these are so pretty!! I love the first layout so much its so light and welcoming, and the logo is so perfect! I don't really have any real critique feedback they both look great!

I can feel the calm and welcoming atmosphere from your design colors. I like the pink and blue picture; it makes it feel symmetrical on the webpage, and the empty white space also gives us room to breathe. I think both gallery designs are great depending on what main element you want to show off first, either the description of the event images or stunning images to make you want to click on and learn the information. The pink gallery page is more consistent with the design, with more white space. Overall, great work! I'm excited to see this final project come to life !

This is so pretty and perfect I absolutely adore it! I think I like the second more just because of the added contrast of the light blue. It feels a lot less overwhelming because of that contrast!!
