Hello everyone this is my final website. I combined both designs from the preliminary critique into the final design for the website. I really wanted to push myself with the cart and being able to see the cart count go up as you are adding items to your cart. One of the things I struggled with was making certain images responsive across all platforms. Excited for feedback!

Hey Melissa,
Great work on this website, I love the color combination between the green of your plants and background mixed with that nice gold color. I think you really hit it out of the park on the design of this site, great job! One thing I feel that is missing is a little description of the plants, I think this would help draw in customers that otherwise don't know a ton about plants. Great job!

This turned out great! I love that you combined both designs, they work really well together. The only thing I see is on the “Product” page the nav bar covers some of the page, just a little bit but maybe make that have a bit more space in between. Great work!

Hi Melissa,
Your landing page is absolutely beautiful! I love your color scheme and the overall feel of your brand. It’s impressive how you implemented a shopping cart that updates when items are added. I really wanted to do that too but couldn’t figure it out. The only thing that I suggest is to add a ‘back to shop’ button on the cart and checkout page. Other than that, I think it turned out great.

I really love how your website came out! The orange and green color combination is truly, mwah, chef's kiss--especially with that stunning home page! The layout of your site is also really nicely done; it's very soothing on the eyes and has great readability. My only small nitpick would just be with the line-height for the paragraphs since the body copy is pretty small and too close together where it sort of strains the eyes when reading, but everything else looks wonderfully organized! I also do enjoy how you coded in the ability to stay on the catalog page when adding items to the shopping cart, its really convenient and adds more to the immersion of this project's goal to build a working e-commerce site! I do wish that it had some sort of animation whereas the "Add to Cart" button flashed a different color when a product was sent to the cart or a notification popping up in the middle of the screen to let me know that a product I wanted was added. But besides that, again, I really do enjoy how this website turned out! Amazing work!
