Project 2

Post by Olivia_haltom »

Hello! I made a website about stationary/ office items and it was a bit of a struggle but I'm overall okay with how it turned out!

Hi! I love the overall look of your design, I think its very clean and gives off a professional type of look! The font really fits in well with the whole design aswell and you did great! If I were to change anything I would make the bar at the top that holds all the other links a little bigger, I personally barely saw it. otherwise its great :)

Hi Olivia!
Your website turned out so great! All the elements fit so well together and really add to the brand's image. I wish the products opened to their own pages and I think you would've had a lot easier of a time using mals e-commerce for the shopping cart! But other than that you did a great job!

Hey Olivia,
I really love all the concepts that you come up with for the projects in this class! I think this one along with Project 01 will definitely be strong portfolio pieces since your designs are oftenly very clean, readable, elegant, and super inviting! I also really enjoy how well you integrate your images into your layout as well, especially with that strong banner composition on the home page--very professional. The "Add to Cart" function is well done as well and saves the hassle of having to flip back-and-forth between the Mal-e's individual checkout page. My only criticism with this is that I wish it had a small arrow leading to the checkout section below, since I originally missed it the first time. The website does have a few resizing issues when condensing the browser window, but besides that, I think this website is amazingly well done! Fantastic work :D !

Olivia,

Great job on your website! I like the aesthetic. The pastel colors are pleasing and I love the logo. Everything functioned well and looked great.

Olivia, I like the classy color scheme and unassuming feeling which creates relaxation. Your e-commerce site missed the asking of the name and address to send the items to. I like the double stacked logo and the classy font.
If we feel useful in life and loved, it sure makes life significant and wonderful

Hi Olivia,

I really like your color scheme and layout. The photos are high quality and the fonts are very fitting. I think the only thing I would change is to enlarge your navigation links, they are small and easy to miss. I would also put the button to send an email higher up on the contact page as its on the very bottom. other than that, Great Work!
