Project 3 Prelim
Hello! My idea for an event was something I made up and thought was fun. Im doing a "Christmas on Wheels" pop up event that travel to different states and puts up a Christmas/ holiday extravaganza with ice skating, hot cocoa, cookie decorating, present wrapping and more! My roughs are defiantly still in the works and are not fully showing how I want the website to function but its a start at least on color schemes and fonts

Hi Olivia,
I like your color scheme it definitely expresses Christmas! I also like your holiday pop up event idea, it sounds like fun. I prefer your second set of designs, I think the heavy use of red really makes it pop out. Maybe for that one you can make the navigation buttons green.

Olivia, I love your event. Can you bring it to my house? I prefer your first design yet I am not sure the background roundeth box shapes are necessary. And of course I know you would not have your text over lap those boxes should you decide to keep them. I know it is Christmas, yet the 2nd design I would rather see more blue and less red. Maybe red frame around blue images? I like the little pink clip to hang the photo. I would choose a heavier font. This event makes me feel like winter will be okay because at least we can ice skate.
If we feel useful in life and loved, it sure makes life significant and wonderful

Hey Olivia,
"Christmas on Wheels" sounds like such a fun and wonderful concept! I can already picture it existing as one of those local events that cherished in the many communities it tours to, so it makes me all the more hopeful that it will eventually come into fruition in the near future !
For the pros, I really enjoy the complementary color scheme that you had gone with for your two concepts! The bold red and the maroon pink pop out so well on each page, but still is rooted down to the rest of the website's look due to dark green hue implemented. I also really do enjoy the layouts presented in both concepts as well, but the first one really grabs my attention the most with the elements coming out from the sides and pushing into the center.
However, my only suggestion with this design to improve upon or modify is that it does reuse the same fonts/font style from your previous two projects. In your second concept, I think that you had tried to change it up a bit, so I would love to see you go further with this idea by using ones that you haven't tried out before. But this is only just a small idea since the design of this project will match up well with, again, the other two and definitely serve as strong pieces in your portfolio. But other than that, amazing work!

Hi Olivia,
These designs are very fitting for Christmas. I think I prefer the first design but both are great! For both I suggest increasing the font size and maybe using a thicker font. Looks great!

Hi Olivia!
This has the feels of a ski village during winter which is very nostalgic for me! (It's so cute, but you make everything adorable). I personally would go your first idea, I think the red would do better as just an accent than a main color it vibrates off pretty much every other color :O Still look amazing and is so cute!
