Very awesome designs. I'm leaning to the second design a little more because of using the image and a white background is a brilliant design. Love the logo. But, I'm having a little trouble with the typefaces that you used for the navigation and body. For some reason, I can barely read them. But I love these designs and can't wait to see the finished product.

I'd say you've got a good start when it comes to making retail 'sexy.' At the very least both your concepts are absolutely gorgeous as you have them right now, all it needs is a bit of tweaking here and there. In regards to your first layout, I'd recommend some opacity for the boxes containing your bodycopy so we can continue seeing the photographs behind them, and also playing with margins so that the text isn't touching the very edges, you've got great hierarchy going there.

Your second layout is clean and easy to navigate, but I worry about the amount of white space for your inner page. Everything comes together nicely, but it might benefit from having at least one accent color. Great work on both!

Hi Ashley! Wow girl these are awesome! I am leaning more towards your second design because I like the layout and your logo is perfect. I like how you placed the content boxes over the image on the homepage it gives it a 3D feel. I really like your logo that you created...I think you make it a little larger so that it catches your eye. I like your first design and logo also. I just think that design is to simplistic...it would pop a little more if maybe you added a secondary color. Otherwise awesome job on both and I can't wait to see your final design!

I'm definitely digging the top designs more. Looks like a photography website. Big large images emphasizing the business gooooood.

I really like your comp 1. It's more organized.
I LOVE he photos you used. That looks great.

I think different fonts, different size of fonts, and background will help your design.

Great start for your roughs, I like your top two roughs more, because the big beautiful photos work so well for your web site.Good logo design for photography , I only feel the drop shadow on both logos look a little bit unnecessary, I like the logo on top more. awesome!
