I definitely feel more at peace with your second rough. The background of the chakra is very pleasant and delivers the message of what the site is all about.

The three cherry blossom branches in the upper left corner need to be a little more staggered from each other so that it appears more natural. They’re too symmetrically aligned with one another.

The rought one to me works much better, even though they look very alike. the color of backround and some light colored images work nicely, i get the havenly feel, I am sorry to say but that logo have to go. It doesnt look it belong there, the rainbow inside black circle and bacl type on top, give unpleasant feel to my eyes. Its taking away from your havely feel of your page that you created. So far the pages look good, but I would reconsider creating a coplitly new logo. nice start!

Of these two I'm liking your second concept better, the background illustration really catches the eye and it seems almost mesmerizing, which is a feeling I think you should go for given what it is you're selling and the company name. The first concept is a bit too simple in comparison, so I definitely say you should go with the second one and continue expanding more on it.

I think your overall theme and imagery is nice. The typography needs some work. You dont want the edge of your type touching any edges of the boxes and all italic type is hard to read so you may want to take a look at those things.

I think your first design is better, but I like the illustration which you used as background.
I would use the illustration as logo.

I like the color choices you used, but I think you can play with font more.

I feel your products will very good for Spa resort,health club,or beauty salon, so right color for that. I like your top rough better, because the layout more clear and easier to read, I think you can play more on your logo. Good start: )
