These are gorgeous Kiwako, very clean and easy to understand at just a glance. It might just be my personal preference, but I like the first concept the best because it provides an in-depth view of the product. The second layout is also great, but as others have pointed out it needs just a bit more of a personal touch to it. While it may be beautiful, it also resembles the catalog pages of other websites a bit too much when it it needs is a bit more polishing. I look forward to your end result.

I really like your products and catalog designs.
Very professional looking layouts.
I would make your logo large on the top left.
Its too small and would look better if it was about twice its size.

Great job with creating a clean, crisp layout. It really looks professional and would definitely be a website I visited often. The only tiny suggestion I might add, would be to add prices to the second, as to give some more information about it, but other than that, exceptional job!
