Hi Paula,
I like your designs so far for your gallery.
I would make the logo smaller and make the photos of the gallery/links larger.
The green needs to be lighter and larger so its easier to read.

I definitely like your first rough better. I think the green button doesn't provide the best contrast, especially if you plan on using them on mobile and such. I might suggest making your "gallery one" title not italics, as it doesn't really seem appropriate here, since the rest of your text is normal. Just a tiny suggestion though. Otherwise, looks good!

I really like your photo gallery.
It's very clean, and these photos catch my eyes!
I would like to see the name of birds and the prices under the photos.

Other than that, I really like it!
