I prefer the second design myself. I'd just play around with the menu buttons more, make them a little bigger at least imo : )!

The color scheme is more appetizing too, the purples make me think more about sugary cute cupcakes rather than the baby food pea color (or tmcc green hehe)

im digging the green one. Im loving the color but it doesn't really say cupcakes to me. I would beef up the lines on your cupcake cocktail portion of your logo so its a little more stable. Maybe even try and colorize the logo (or at least the cocktail part). I like how you have an intro page that is different than the rest of the site. Good work.

I like the first home page with the second design. Both are pretty good and you can do a lot with both of them. I really like the simplicity of the home page. If you go with the first design, I would incorporate some elements from the second one. Good job.
