I think that you should go with the index_01 design. The full-background image really looks good, and gives landscapers a chance to show off their best work right on the home page! Maybe increase the opacity of the text-box just slightly, for maximum contrast. Additionally, the header on this design is a little empty. Putting the nav contents a little higher, or just sticking in a nice title would get rid of that blank space, as you've done on some of the other designs.
