As always, your roughs have this really beautiful style. They're all bright and shiny and magical-looking. You've created a really clean and organized layout, and the colors all work well together. I have to say, I think the star of your design is that gorgeous logo you've created for this fictional website. I'm a bit sad that it's not featured anywhere else, because it has some really intricate details that I'd love to see more! I don't know what else to suggest, you make great designs. I think it'd be nice if you experimented with some other fonts, there's nothing wrong with the ones you have now, but I think you could have some fun with a typeface that looks more unique/distinctive.

Hi Lingling! Very professional looking roughs! I love the colors and the concept. Really, the only thing I'd like to see is the logo being a little bigger. Good job!

I like the colors you have! I like the logo I just wish it where more bigger! If you made the logo larger I think that would look really good!

What a good and affordable idea. I would work on the typesetting, like making your type boxes smaller to give breathing room between your border and the end of the type. Also I would not have hyphens, they are hard to read and unprofessional looking. There are a few typos and grammatical errors but those are easily fixed. The green type is a little distracting because it seems to highlight it from the design. Unless it has a specific function I wouldn't change the color just to break it up. Maybe enlarge the type as well.

$5 photo cleanup!? You're selling yourself cheap. $100 minimum.

Young lady, I see only one design here. Image

That being said, the one design you posted is pretty good. The background has a dreamscape quality to it. The swirl really does a good job of calling attention to your logo. The orange nav bar compliments the blue and stands out nicely, thus drawing the eye to the navigation buttons. The main content is well laid out and easy to follow. The green accents work well also. Typographically, the headlines and bodycopy are interacting nicely. The sans-serif type was a good call.

The only real trouble I have with it is I don't think everything needs to be so spread out. I think you could tighten everything up in the main content area and not loose a lot. Also, I don't think you need to carry the semi-transparency into the footer. I think your copyright notice and secondary navigation will look just fine on the dark blue background of the footer.

Nice work, even if it's only one design.

This concept has a very clean and almost elegant style to it, and the color scheme is beautiful, too. I agree with everyone else that the logo needs to be bigger, I didn't even notice it was there at first glance and it'd be a shame to have it be so small! I also suggest playing with margins so that your text isn't touching the edges of your containers, and try bringing them closer together otherwise. As it is right now, the elements of your design almost seem to start floating because of the continuous light background, so if you could fix the excess white space here and there you'd be good to go!

i very liked the L and art around it in your logo, but it has to be much bigger, it was very hard to see it. Also, I am not big fan of the background, its very distracting from the page, or if you will keep it, then the color of your white page that would dominate your background, and not the other way. I very like your idea, things are orgonized well, with small tweaking it will be a great site! Goot Start!

Hi Lingling,
Very nice layout for first roughs.
I like the color scheme.
The white type is a little hard to read.
Good job.
