Hi Kirsten!!

I LOVE THE COLORS YOU WENT WITH!! It's so friendly and pretty and just enjoyable to look at I love it. Your logo reminds me of DreamWorks which just makes me happy and at peace and nostalgic. I love it!!

Hey Kirsten,
Really good job on your site. I love the simplicity of the site, and I think going with a simple look really played well with the bonsais. If I had to nitpick something I would say getting the two images on the weekly tip page to be the same size would give the page a little bit more balance, but I also don't think the way it is displayed now hurts the website at all. Great work!

Hi Kirsten,
I really love the purple drop shadow you added to your titles; it makes everything pop out really nicely. Also, love the addition of a pro tip of the week. I think it creates an inviting atmosphere and creates an incentive for the audience to keep visiting your site. It’s very clever, and I think you did a fantastic job. The only thing that I would change is making the images much bigger. Great job!

Hello Kirsten!

You have a very lovely site. The colors are beautiful, the pictures are perfect and you met all of the requirements for the assignment. Wonderful job and I can't wait to see how you finish out in this class!

Hey Kirsten,
I really like the mellow, but intriguing vibe that your website emits through its design and layout! I think it matches wonderfully with the bonsai company that you've created! What did catch me off guard was the page titles/buttons shrinking when hovering the mouse over them, I didn't expect that to happen at all but I love how that's so different from what I'm used to that it immediately draws in my attention just to see what other small details you might've included in your site! Another feature that I did enjoy was the "Next" and "Last" page buttons in the shop page, it really makes the look of the shop feel organized and soothing to go through. Although for some reason I did have trouble having accessing the shop's subpages; where the drop-down would appear then disappear. But regardless of that, I truly think that this website is pretty amazing! Great work :) !

Kirsten,

Great job on your website! Your website concept is unique and the website looks great. Love the logo. Unfortunately some of the shop aspects didn't work for me.

Kirsten, your site is interesting with nice breathing space/white space.
A bit more work is needed on getting the contact and buy pages to allow user to return to home. It is an elegant logo.
