Formerly Known as Equator Fair Trade Organic Alligator, this French Roast is dark brown with lots of oil. Strong, smoky roast flavor dominates; bittersweet chocolate flavor is pronounced. Yields a rich mouth-feel with robust earth tones reminiscent of smoky tropical wood. Fortified by prune and walnut accents. French roasted coffees from Latin America, Indonesia and Africa yield a smoky yet fruity cup.
