June 15th of 2018, The Happy Fits dropped their debut album, "Concentrate". The happy fits continues with their happy and upbeat music ironically countering the sadder undertones of their lyrics. Several of their songs were originally written before the release of "Awfully Apeelin'" and some were even meant to sit along that original tracklist of five. Though they were unable to due to not having a drummer who could achieve the sound they wanted.

In the midst of the COVID Pandemic, The Happy fits released "What Could Be Better" on August 28th 2020. "What Could Be Better" is THF's best know album with popular songs like "She Wants Me (To Be Loved)" and "Go Dumb". As one could guess, it follows the same bitter-sweet melancholy to their music. Langman describes this album as what the past few years of experiences felt like with dropping out of college to to pursue music as a career, this is examplified with "Get a Job"

Releasing August 27th, 2016, "Awfully Apeelin'" was the Happy Fits debut EP consisting of five songs. These songs being: "Too Late", "While you Fade Away", "Dirty Imbecile", "Drink", and "Right Through". After a week of its release "While you fade away" rocketed to 5th of Spotify's top 50 Viral Global Chart. While some of the songs are upbeat and easily danceable, some have a more sad meanig to them, especially "Drink" being about Alcoholism and "Dirty imbecile" reprrsenting the inner confrlict a person can face.
