Share your passion for yoga with Nature Bliss Yoga Retreat. Be with like-minded individuals with a seven-day solo traveller mindfulness, meditation and yoga retreat in California. Join our instructors to help deepen your asana practice with daily yoga sessions and get in touch with your body with mindfulness meditation. Highlights of this retreat include land and paddleboard yoga sessions, guided nature hikes, and daily mindfulness training tailored to your needs. You’ll stay at the beautiful retreat center Casa del Sol in a private, single, or double room. All meals are included in the retreat, but you’ll also have access to a barbecue and outdoor cooking space.
